1) As The Radiant Box Cricket is privately owned all policies and rights are fully owned.
2) Box cricket tournament bookings have to be done on a first come first served basis.
3) Organizer to be present 10 minutes before slot booking during tournament. The organizer has to vacate the box cricket as per the booked time. If not, double the hourly rate will be charged.
4) As this box cricket is within the school limits, there should be no abuse of any kind by the organizers or their players otherwise legal and legal action will be taken as per Public Provisional Act 19C and Section 240.
5) During the organization of box cricket, the organizer must keep the necessary information of his team member and the main organizer must deposit the Aadhaar card, PAN-card, residence proof, mobile number of any two responsible persons.
6) The organizer should take special care that bringing or using cigarettes, pan-mawa, gutkha, liquor or intoxicants is strictly prohibited inside or outside the box cricket. And if any person is caught, legal action will be taken as per section 195 of CRPC.
7) During the organization of box cricket the members of both the teams should not have any kind of conflict otherwise legal action will be taken.
8) The organization is not responsible for injury or premature death (events like heart-attack) to any person during the pre-arrangement of Box Cricket.
9) Behave humanely with the employee of the organization working in box cricket and not to have any kind of conflict.
10) Damage or vandalism of any box cricket material by the organizer is liable to charge five times the amount.
